2. Scope and Pricing
- Every engagement begins with a Blueprint Sign-off defining scope, deliverables, and timeline.
- Quoted prices are fixed by the Blueprint; scope changes require a Change Request.
- Zoho licenses and third-party fees are not included in the implementation fee.
3. Customer Responsibilities
- Share accurate process information during Blueprint
- Attend training sessions and UAT on the agreed schedule
- Renew Zoho licenses after go-live
